How to enable:

• Create your new Seat Maps flow in Salesforce Settings > Flows
  • Salesforce Flow interface - Technical Guidance
• Select the new flow in Kaptio Settings > Itinerary Settings

• In the Itinerary Bookings Tab, Select ‘Confirmation Action’ on a rail service/s that require a seat selection to be made. This will invoke the defined Seat Maps Flow.
