How to enable

• Go to Kaptio Settings > Integrations
• Create a New integration
• Enter the following values
  • Name: wetu (lowercase)
  • API Key: <your-wetu-apikey>
  • Endpoint: https://wetu.com
• Go to Settings > Remote Site Settings
• Create a new entry with the following values:
  • Name: Wetu_Integration
  • URL: https://wetu.com

How to Use

Once you have set up your integration into Wetu, go to any service in your org and click on the Content tab. From there we recommend you create a new content record for your service.

In your new content article, you will see a new button called Search For Content which will open a search modal allowing you to search for content from Wetu. It will default to the name of the service, but you are free to change the search parameter.

Once you press Import Content, the text and media will be copied over to be used in Kaptio Documents. The content will remain in read-only state in Kaptio Content records, so if you want to manage the content after importing it you would need to do so within Wetu’s control centre.
